Day 1. Welcome to Romania

Bucharest: in southern Romania, is the country's capital and commercial center.

City orientation tour: Opera & Theater Hall, Revolution Square Arch of Triumph, Kretzulescu Church, Romanian Anthenaeum.

Palace of Parliament (entrance): The world's second-largest administrative building after Pentagon (closed if clashed with another event).

Day 2. Bucharest - Sinaia - Bran - Bucharest

Breakfast.

Sinaia: Surrounded by ski trails enjoy the spectacular view along the way.

Peles Castle (entrance): Is a Neo-Renaissance castle in the Carpathian Mountains, this former summer palace for the King of Romania is exquisite and one of the truly fairytale castles in Europe. (Summer closed on Monday, and in winter closed on Monday & Tuesday)

Bran: Is a commune in Brasov old village.

Bran Castle (entrance): Which is more commonly referred to and marketed as "Dracula's Castle"

Day 3. Bucharest - Veliko Tarnovo - Sofia

Breakfast.

Veliko Tarnovo: Travel across the border to mountain city located in the north of Bulgaria. Along the way there are houses situated on the slopy hills of the town show a remarkable and unique architectural style.

Fortress Tsaervets (courtyard entrance): The most significant monument of culture in Veliko Tarnovo, situated on the homonymous peak. Surrounded on three sides by the river Yantra.

Day 4. Sofia - Rila Monastery - Skopje

Breakfast.

Sofia city tour:

  • National Historical Museum;
  • National Archaeological Museum - it occupies the building of the largest and oldest former Ottoman Mosque in the city. Reformed into a National Museum in 1892.
  • The National Assembly Building is used by the Bulgarian parliament for parliamentary debates. The main building has been proclaimed a monument of culture for its historic significance.

  • Ivan Vazov National Theatre - the oldest and most authoritative theatre in the country and one of the most important landmarks of Sofia

St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral (entrance): Built in Neo-Byzantine style, it serves as the cathedral church of the Patriarch. It is one of the largest Eastern Orhodox cathedrals in the world.

Rila Monastery (entrance): The largest and most famous Eastern Orthodox monastery on the slopes of the highest mountain range in Bulgaria (Closed on Monday)

Skopje: The capital and largest city of Macedonia

Day 5. Skopje - Ohrid

Breakfast.

Skopje city orientation tour: View the highest point of the city Skopje Fortress, the Stone Bridge, Mustafa Pasha Mosque, Old Bazaar.

Memorial House of Mother Theresa: Is dedicated to the humanitarian and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Mother Theresa and is in her hometown Skopje, where she lived from 1910 to 1928.

Ohrid: A small resort town on the hilly shores of Lake Ohrid in the southwest of the Republic of Macedonia.

Lake Ohrid: Take a boat ride tour explore one of Europe's deepest and oldest lakes preserving a unique water.

Walking tour: View St. Sofia Church, Church of Saints Clement and Panteleimon, Samuel's Fortress and Ancient Theater.

Day 6. Ohrid - Berat - Tirana - Shkoder

Breakfast.

Berat: Most striking feature is the collection of white Ottoman houses, earning in the title "town of a thousand windows" and listed of UNESCO World Heritage sites in 2008.

Berat Castle (entrance): It is built on a rocky hill on the left bank of the river Osum. Is a fortress overlooking the town of Berat.

Tirana city tour: View one of the oldest buildings left in the city Et'hem Bey Mosque, The presidential Office, Mother Theresa Square.

Day 7. Shoder - Budva

Breakfast.

Shkodra: One of the oldest and most historic places in Albania, as well as an important cultural and economic center.

Rozafa Castle (entrance): It rises imposingly on a rocky hill, surrounded by the Buna and Drin rivers.

The Ebu Beker Mosque: Was historical important in the scholarly learning of the city and attracted notable Islamic scholars and theologians.

Budva: Panoramic view over St.Stefan, and exclusive island hotel. Budva is a coastal tourist resort in Montenegro. It is often called "Montenegrin Miami".

Day 8. Budva - Kotor - Dubrovnik

Breakfast.

Old city of Kotor: An ancient trade center. The Old Town has a well-preserved collection of buildings, churches, squares ad stone streets that date back to the Middle Ages.

Cathedral St. Tryphon: A Roman Catholic cathedral in Montenegro

Dubrovnik: Designed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its orange-hued roofs, ancient city walls, marble streets and baroque buildings. View the Clock Tower, Orlando's Column and Sponza Palace, Dominican Monastery and Franciscan Monastery, which also houses Europe's 3rd-oldest pharmacy.

Rector's Palace (entrance): Build in the Gothic style, it also has Renaissance and baroque elements, harmoniously combining these elements together.

City Walls (entrance): A series of defensive stone walls surrounding the city. From the top, the view over the old town and the shimmering Adriatic is sublime.

Day 9. Dubrovnik - Mostar - Sarajevo

Mostar: A beautiful valley bedded in between high mountains of Herzegovina, known for its famous stone bridge across Neretva River, build by the Ottomans.

Day 10. Sarajevo - Bihac

Breakfast.

Sarajevo: One of the most historically interesting and varied cities in Europe, where Western and Eastern Roman Empire split.

Day 11. Bihac - Plitvice - Ljubljana

Day 12. Ljubljana - Postojna - Bled - Ljubljana

Postojna Caves (entrance): The queen of the entire karst underground kingdom. The system of subterranean caves is one of the most easily accessible networks underground caves in the world. Experience on a ride by electric train through series of cave hall with stalagmite, see the "human fish" in the cave.

Bled: Take a boat ride in the Lake Bled - the greatest attraction is its crystal blue-green waters. The lake is lovely to behold from almost any vantage point.

Bled Castle (entrance): A medieval castle built on a precipice above the city of Bled, overlooking Lake Bled.
